White Rabbit Red Rabbit

New Show Added
To the 2019/20 Season!

Milwaukee Rep will present the international sensation White Rabbit, Red Rabbit this fall at The Arc Theatre located in the newly opened Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel. There are just 4 performances of this production featuring Rep favorites Michael Doherty on Oct. 24, Jim Pickering on Nov 9,  and Laura Gordon on Nov 30. Tickets are just $20 and seating is general admission.

National August Wilson Monologue Competition

Shadow Year for National August Wilson Monologue Competition

Milwaukee Rep is participating in a Shadow Year for the National August Wilson Monologue Competition – a free arts education program open to high school students of all backgrounds and abilities.

The first step towards becoming a host city for this prestigious national competition, Milwaukee Rep will host five semi-finals throughout the city culminating in a Regional Competition in April 2020 in the Stackner Cabaret. To prepare students for the competition, The Rep will establish seven after-school residencies and a six-part workshop series, teaching students about August Wilson, his plays and how to participate in a monologue competition.
