Ticket Exchanges
When plans change, we’ll do our best to help. While all ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available, advance Ticket Exchanges are available subject to availability. Simply contact us at minimum 48 hours before your scheduled performance. Based on availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. If you move to a higher-priced performance or seating location, you will be responsible for the difference in price. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different production. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance has passed.
Additionally, we offer Ticket Refund Protection for an additional fee that protects against missed performances due to illness, accidents and more.
Refund Protection
Milwaukee Rep offers optional Ticket Refund Protection for an additional fee during checkout with our partner Secure My Booking. By adding this to your order, you can safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances that cause you to miss your performance including accidents, illness, severe weather, traffic/road closures, and more!
Prior to purchasing ticket protection, please read the terms and conditions which explains what is covered, the documentation required and the timeline for submitting a claim to Secure My Booking. Note: the fee for the ticket protection is non-refundable, even if you receive a refund for your missed performance.
Ticket Donations
If you are unable to attend and can’t or don’t want to exchange your tickets, you may return them to the Ticket Office as a tax deductible donation. Ticket donations can be made up to 24 hours before the performance so that we have time to resell the ticket to another customer.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Subscribers
Subscribers may exchange their Subscription tickets for another performance of the same production with no exchange fee. For example, Footloose tickets may be exchanged only for another performance of Footloose, not for another production.
If you move to a higher-priced performance or seating location, you are responsible for the difference in price. Subscribers also receive Missed Show Insurance once per season.
Single Tickets
Single Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production for a $5 per ticket fee. If you move to a higher-priced performance or seating location, you are also responsible for the difference in price. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the original performance has passed.

How To Make Your Exchange
Exchanges can be made online, in-person or over the phone. Call 414-224-9490 Monday - Thursday Noon to 6pm; Friday from noon to 4pm through August 2026.
Subscription and Single Tickets can be exchanged in your online account under "My Tickets." Click below to log in.
