Transactions
Ticket Sales
- By clicking the “Checkout” button in your cart, the provided credit card will be charged the indicated “Total” amount. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds. Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time stated on the ticket.
- Tickets may be exchanged in accordance with Milwaukee Rep's current exchange policies. Additional charges may apply for higher-priced performances or seating locations. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced performances.
- Programs, artists, casting, dates, times, and venues are subject to change without notice.
- Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers cannot be guaranteed and may be invalid.
- Milwaukee Rep reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or interferes with the enjoyment of other patrons, without refund.
- In the event Milwaukee Rep cancels a performance, ticket holders will be notified regarding available exchange, credit, or refund options.
- Milwaukee Rep is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, parking fees, or other incidental expenses incurred in connection with attendance.
Contributions/Donations
By clicking the "Checkout" button in your cart, the provided credit card will be charged as a charitable contribution in support of Milwaukee Repertory Theater. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If goods or services are provided in connection with your contribution, the tax-deductible amount will be limited to the excess of your contribution over the fair market value of those goods or services. A receipt acknowledging your contribution will be provided for your records.
Force Majeure Weather
Milwaukee Rep shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, acts of God, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, or utility interruptions.
Accessibility Accommodations
Milwaukee Rep is committed to providing accessible experiences for all patrons. Guests requiring accommodations should contact the Ticket Office in advance of their visit.
Late Seating
Late seating is at the discretion of House Management. Patrons arriving after a performance begins may be admitted at an appropriate break and may be seated in an alternate location. Due to the staging of some productions, late seating will not be permitted.
Standby Ticketing
In the event of a sold-out performance, Milwaukee Rep may offer standby tickets to fill open seats. Standby ticketholders will be seated in open seats at curtain time regardless of the sold status of that particular seat. Ticketholders arriving after the posted curtain time may have their seats reallocated to standby patrons and may be seated in an alternate location or denied admission without refund.
Photography/Video
Photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, and other unauthorized reproduction of performances are prohibited. Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices when you enter the theater unless using your device for captioning service needs. Milwaukee Rep may photograph or videotape performances and events for various media and may include pictures of, actions of, or statements by the audience or individuals in the audience. Attendance at this event shall be deemed your consent to appear in all such media without compensation.
Show Advisories
Milwaukee Rep provides advisories regarding stage effects and subject matter when available. Advisories will be posted on the individual production page of our website. Ticket refunds are not available based on content or advisories.
Parking
Milwaukee Rep does not own or operate any parking facilities, including the garage located beneath the Associated Bank River Center of which Milwaukee Rep is a tenant. While Milwaukee Rep has secured discounted parking rates for patrons through InterPark, parking availability and operations are managed solely by the parking operator. Security
By attending, guests consent to reasonable security procedures, bag inspections, and venue policies in effect at the Associated Bank River Center and the Associated Bank Theater Center.
Communications
Provided mailing addresses may be used by Milwaukee Repertory Theater for communications regarding future productions and organizational updates, and/or other purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. Opt out of receiving postal mail at any time by contacting the Ticket Office.
Provided email addresses may be used for internal Milwaukee Repertory Theater marketing/fundraising purposes, and/or other purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. Opt out of these emails at any time by contacting the Ticket Office or clicking “Unsubscribe” in the footer of an email from Milwaukee Repertory Theater. Milwaukee Rep will never sell or trade your email address.
Phone
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Milwaukee Rep related to ticketing, performance updates, promotions, and special offers. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with "STOP." After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By clicking the “Checkout” button in your cart, purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions herein, and voluntarily assumes any and all risks occurring prior to, during or after the associated event (if applicable), to themselves or any subsequent ticket holder, including injury by any cause. Management reserves the right to refuse admission as well as to revoke, without refund, any associated tickets at any time, if the ticket holder fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
