American Song – ACT II
Thanks in part to a recent $35,000 Art Works Award from the National Endowment for the Arts, Milwaukee Repertory Theater and the Zeidler Center for Public Discussion are partnering for an innovative initiative to coincide with performances of “American Song.” This initiative, called Act II, begins just after the 80-minute performance of this world-premiere play. Audiences will hear a five-minute response from a local specialist, and then come together in small groups for facilitated discussions.
