Last minute conflict? No problem! Contact us up to 48 hours before your show and exchange to another performance of the same production.
Subscribers pay no fee to exchange their Subscription tickets prior to their performance dates. However, an upgrade charge does apply if moving to a higher priced performance. Subscribers also enjoy the benefit of “missed show insurance” one time during the season.
You can exchange your tickets to a new date of the same production by paying a $5 per ticket exchange fee. You may also have to pay an upgrade charge if moving to a higher priced performance. Tickets may not be exchanged once your performance has passed.

How To Make Your Exchange
Exchanges can be made online, in-person, over the phone or via email. Additional charges will apply if you transfer to a more expensive seat.
Subscription and Single Tickets can be exchanged online via the link below.

Visit the Ticket Office located at 108 E Wells St, open Monday Noon to 6pm; Tuesday-Sunday from noon through the evening’s performance. No exchanges can be made in person in hour leading up to the performance.
