Welcome to The Rep's NEW online exchange system.

A free benefit to Rep subscribers only, exchanges of season tickets are now available online 24 hours a day and provide patrons the opportunity to select a convenient performance of their choice. Plus with Select Your Own Seat capabilities, you can see and choose from the best available seats.

Single ticket patrons may exchange tickets on a limited basis only, and an additional $5 per ticket service charge will be applied on each ticket exchanged.

Before making your exchange, please keep the following in mind:

• Exchanges can only be made for performances within the same Production, e.g. Cyrano performance to another Cyrano performance.
• Additional charges are applied to exchanges made to more expensive seats, e.g. Side Orchestra to Prime Orchestra, or weekday to weekend.
• Exchanges made to less expensive seats results in a negative balance in your cart. In order to complete your transaction, you must agree to the downgrade balance adjustment or purchase additional tickets.
