Corporate Support
A partnership with The Rep can help your business
reach a highly desirable audience.
Sponsorships are a great way for area businesses
and foundations to increase their visibility in the community
and support the arts at the same time. From support of world
class theatrical productions to engaging education offerings
and vital community outreach programs, every corporate and
foundation gift makes the work of The Rep more valuable to
our community. This year, corporate and foundation partners
will provide more than $500,000 to help us fulfill our mission
of playing a vital role in the cultural life of our region.
We want to thank our sponsors for their support.
We invite you to join us, too
We're confident that The Rep's core programs are an excellent
way for you to further your philanthropic goals and make
Milwaukee a more vibrant place in which to live, work and
learn.
Milwaukee Repertory Theater offers:
• World class productions that explore and illuminate the human condition.
• Quality arts experiences for students in Milwaukee Public Schools and
the surrounding Greater Milwaukee area.
• Outreach programs that make The Rep experience accessible to the southeastern
Wisconsin community.
Sponsor a production, or even a single
performance
The Rep has enjoyed 55 seasons as the largest producing theater
in Wisconsin. This year The Rep will offer more than 650
performances, far more than any other single arts organization
in the state. Production sponsorships are available
for all three of our performance spaces (Quadracci Powerhouse
Theater, Stiemke Theater and Stackner Cabaret) and can be
targeted to a single performance, a single production or
an entire season. We also offer sponsorships of our annual
holiday production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL, performed in the
historic Pabst Theater.
Help us share the magic of theater
with area schoolchildren
Tens of thousands of MPS students have never attended or
rarely attend live theater, and we think they're missing
an important educational experience. Involvement in theater,
especially when integrated into the classroom, is a valuable
tool for students to hone and practice critical thinking
and real-life skills. Our most popular programs, such as
SCRIPTWORKS, the SUMMER THEATER CONSERVATORY and the IN SCHOOL
TOURING PROGRAM continue to grow with sponsor support.
During our 2008-2009 season, The Rep served more than 23,000
students at more than 100 schools with in-depth artistic
residencies, after-school programs, touring performances
and study guides.
Serve a niche by meeting a special
need
The Rep is a leader in providing programs that increase access
to the theater for underserved populations and people with
disabilities, as well as programs that develop new, bigger
and more informed audiences. Sponsors help The Rep offer
adaptive technology to individuals with hearing and vision
loss.
At The Rep, we're ensuring the future of the American stage
by building knowledgeable audiences. Last year 30,000 people
attended our popular pre-show lecture series, REP IN DEPTH,
held prior to each Quadracci Powerhouse and Stiemke Theater
performance.

Skybox.
Essentially, it is an enhanced subscription program tailored
for the business community that can be used to entertain
clients, reward employees or recruit new talent.
Corporate Box VIPS are treated to a first-class experience,
with tickets to all Rep productions on our three stages plus
A CHRISTMAS CAROL in the Pabst Theater. Your seats in the
Quadracci Powerhouse and Stiemke Theaters will be reserved
with custom seat back covers emblazoned with your company
logo. You and your guests also have exclusive access to our
Donor Lounge before the show and during intermission, with
complimentary wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks and snacks.
There is added visibility for your business as well, with
acknowledgment on our Wells Street sign and LCD screens in
the theater complex. Another benefit: parking passes in our
covered garage for you and your guests.
Let us put your name in lights
Information about our productions and sponsors is continuously
visible on an 8' x 8' digital sign mounted on our entrance
at East Wells Street and on three strategically placed
LCD screens inside the Patty & Jay Baker Theater Complex.
Streaming video and information on these screens is dynamic
and attracts ticket buyers and patrons in an accessible
and vivid manner.
What better way to reach the 215,000 bright, informed and
educated people who will attend a play at The Rep this year?

Thank you for your support!
Without the leadership of corporate and foundation partners,
many vital programs at The Rep simply could not exist.
We appreciate your commitment to adding value to our theater
and to our community, and we look forward to working with
you during the coming year to enrich the lives of people
in southeastern Wisconsin.
