Milwaukee Repertory Theater Ticket Donation Request Guidelines

The Rep has a long history of supporting area non-profits by donating tickets to their fundraising events. We have donated tickets to the arts, social services, health organizations and schools. Listed below are our donation request guidelines.

1. We accept requests for ticket donations from qualified non-profits. Sorry, but we aren't able to donate tickets to block parties, picnics, reunions, or office parties. If you are having this type of event, we encourage you to buy a gift certificate for these types of occasions. Please contact our Ticket Office at 414-224-9490 to buy a gift certificate. You may now also purchase gift certificates online at: www.milwaukeerep.com.

2. All ticket donation requests should be mailed or faxed on company letterhead. Written requests go to: Kristy Studinkski; Milwaukee Repertory Theater; 108 E. Wells Street; Milwaukee, WI 53202 or faxed in to: 414-224-9097. Requests may also be dropped off with the receptionist.

3. Written requests should be submitted a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the event date. Requests are processed on a monthly basis and are processed in order of the date of the event. If requests come in late and are made for an event that same week, we can not guarantee that that request will be honored.

4. You will not receive notification through the mail if your request was not honored. If the request was honored, we will include vouchers good to be exchanged for two tickets or two actual tickets for the upcoming season. We will also include some Rep brochures or flyers for display purposes. If we can not honor your request at this time, we will notify you by mail as well. Due to the volume of these requests, we do not accept phone solicitation or status requests. All ticket donation requests should be in writing.

5. As the number of these requests has dramatically increased in the past few years, we have had to get more selective about which organizations we donate to. If you are from a large non-profit, please try to determine if someone else from another chapter or committee has also submitted a donation request for the same event. It's best not to receive multiple requests for the same event from several solicitors. Please only one request per year per organization.
