online 24 hours a day. Tickets online are real time and you can
reserve the best available seats. You can not get better seats
by calling The Rep Ticket Office. Online single ticket purchases
require a $3 order processing for single ticket orders and $3
per ticket fee. Subscription orders require a $5 order processing
fee.

closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years

Student and Senior Citizen Discounts:
Students and Senior Citizens can receive a $5 single ticket discount
off any seat. Half-price “rush tickets” are also
available for Quadracci Powerhouse and Stiemke Theater performances
1 hour prior to curtain. This discount can not be used
in conjunction with any other discounts or on Economy seating.
Proper identification is required. Discount not available online.

Important Information
Refund Policy
Single Tickets can not be exchanged
or refunded.
Weather Policy
The Rep does not cancel or reschedule performances, nor do we offer
refunds due to inclement weather.
Bringing Children to The Rep
Children under school age may not attend our productions. Please
remember that this means babies as well as toddlers. Many productions
are suitable for pre-teens and older children, but parents should
contact The Rep to determine their attendance.
Late Arrivals
Out of courtesy to the actors and audience, patrons arriving after
the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of
House Management, possibly not until the first intermission.
Emergency Phone Contact
If you anticipate the need to be reached during a performance,
leave your name, the name of the play you’re seeing and
your seat location with your contact, along with instructions
to phone The Rep at 414-224-1761. The receptionist is on duty
until all performances have ended and will contact the House
Manager.
