Tickets sales are final. There will be no refunds on single or season tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for an alternate date within the same performance. Fees may apply.

Weather Policy
The Milwaukee Repertory Theater does not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather. The Rep does not offer refunds due to inclement weather.

Bringing Children to the Rep
Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s productions are unsuitable for children under school age (7 years). This policy includes babies and toddlers. Many productions are suitable for preteens and older children; however parents should contact The Rep to determine suitability. Please be aware that if children become disruptive during a performance, ushers will insist that the children and accompanying adults leave the theater.

Late Arrivals
To ensure the enjoyment of our patrons who arrive on time and in deference to the artist, guests arriving late will not be seated until there is a suitable pause in the performance. Please be advised that guests arriving after the performance has begun may miss substantial portions of the performance - in some cases, this can be as much as the first act. If you must leave the hall during the performance, please do so quietly. Re-entry while the performance is in progress is at the discretion of the House Manager.

Emergency Phone Contact
If you anticipate the need to be reached during a performance, leave your name, the name of the play you are attending and your seat location with your contact along with instructions to phone The Rep at 414-224-1761. If the need arises, the receptionist on duty will contact the House Manager. The reception desk is staffed until all performances have ended.
