You are not going to want to miss one of the most beautifully written contemporary plays at The Rep this season. This powerful, 90-minute drama will fill you with emotional impact and humor.
Juliette, a young Rwandan refugee of the 1994 anti-Tutsi genocide, finds solace through writing a book about her experiences as a survivor with the help of Simon, a middle-aged writer and poet, in London, England. While Juliette attempts to deal with intense flashbacks that she must face in order to finish her writing project, Simon, believing in her and her work, mentors her and gives her direction. The two embark on a touching, heartfelt journey where each helps the other by connecting through the written word.
