Invest in Extraordinary Theater!

We are grateful to all our donors for the generous support they provide for Milwaukee Repertory Theater. Your thoughtful gifts make our world-class productions possible. They also support The Rep’s community outreach and educational programming. Here are some examples of what your gift can do:

  • $100 allows 8 low-income children to attend a student matinee.
  • $250 covers the cost of realistic props, such as those used in Ragtime’s Henry Ford dance number.
  • $500 pays for an Acting Intern to understudy a lead role.
  • $1,000 covers the cost of fabric and supplies for the 8 authentic period costumes “Mother” wore in Ragtime.
  • $2,500 underwrites a 20-week theater-based literacy education program for 22 local students.
  • $5,000 could commission a first draft of a new play, perhaps one you’ll see on our stages in the future.
